Euro Clearing satisfaction survey

Societe Generale conducts a satisfaction survey of client banks and financial institutions that use its Euro clearing services every two years.

According to the 2016 survey of 800 institutions, 90% of our clients consider our services very good or excellent. These figures are on the rise compared with the previous survey in 2014. The importance of payment processing, investigations and level of expertise is roughly equal.

The most important factor is payment processing, and our resident bank clients pay close attention to the accuracy of our payment processing services.
